Today's ride involved a ride-along from our Public Relations crew member. He is not, nor has he ever been a cyclist. It was pretty funny watching him on the bike. He fell over in the parking lot before we even left the hotel.
Today was longer than the day before but flat still which I'll never complain about. Dinner was provided by the Lion's Club (or more appropriately, their wives) and we enjoyed some good conversation with some people that really appreciate what we're doing. We had a big potluck where everyone brought their own meals, so there was a lot to choose from! At the end, everyone on the team shared a special moment they've had so far on the trip and it was pretty inspiring even hearing from my own teammates that they were having some pretty amazing experiences.
